Not at all! You can simply walk into our lab anytime. Our pathologists will help you choose the right tests and explain everything clearly.
Insurance companies usually require a doctor's prescription along with a completed and stamped insurance form. We will also need to get approval from your insurance provider before we can proceed with your tests.
No appointment is necessary—you can just walk in! If you prefer, you can also book online through our website or by giving us a call. Our lab is open Monday to Sunday, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Before your test, we recommend calling us to check if fasting is required.
Yes, we offer home collection services. Please call the lab at least 24 hours in advance to schedule an appointment. A small additional fee may apply for this convenient service.
Most test results are ready within 24 hours—and many are available the very same day.
Most test results are given as numbers and compared to a "normal range." If your result falls outside this range, it may suggest a health issue such as an illness, deficiency, or organ problem that needs medical attention. Our doctors and pathologists will explain your results clearly and guide you on the next steps if needed.
